Email info@yuzi.nl. Please include your device model, iOS version, and the Brain Your Train version shown at the bottom of Settings.
Restore Purchases
Open Brain Your Train, tap the Settings gear, then choose Restore Purchases. You can also restore from the membership screen. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Notifications
Open Settings in Brain Your Train to enable a daily reminder and choose its time. If notification access was denied, use the app’s Open Settings action to change permission in iOS Settings.
Game Center
Game Center is optional and is used for the daily leaderboard. Check the Game Center status in Brain Your Train Settings. If needed, sign in to Game Center in iOS Settings, then reopen the app.
Troubleshooting
- Quit and reopen Brain Your Train, then try the action again.
- Install the latest available iOS update and app version.
- Check your internet connection for purchases, restores, and Game Center. Puzzle play and local progress otherwise work on device.
- If the issue continues, contact support with the steps that produced it.
